How Much Will My Uncontested Divorce Cost?

• Up to 2 hours attorney consultation to discuss agreed documents and court process, and
• All uncontested agreed documents will be prepared by an experienced family law attorney, and 

• Preparation of Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and 
• Preparation of supporting documents, including: Notice of social Security, Non-Military Affidavit, Uniform Child Custody and Enforcement Act Affidavit (in cases with minor children), and
• preparation of Financial Affidavit and Certificate of Compliance with Mandatory Disclosure (both parties are required to file a financial affidavit before a final judgement of divorce will be granted), and

• Preparation of settlement agreement based on the terms worked out between you and your spouse, and

• preparation a parenting plan and times-sharing schedule based on the terms worked out between you and your spouse, and 
• Child Support Guidelines Worksheet, and

• The attorney flat-fee for agreed divorce does not include the clerk filing fee.  Generally, this fee is approximately $413.00 (may be different in your county).

• The attorney flat-fee for agreed divorce does not include service of the petition for dissolution of marriage if necessary.
• In some cases, service of court documents is accepted by the other party.  There is no cost if the other party will sign an Acceptance of  Service.

The attorney flat-fee for agreed divorce does not include attorney representation in contested matters.
